Our Founder
Shelita K. Compton is a commercial real estate expert with over 25 years of experience in development, valuation, and brokerage. She specializes in helping clients navigate complex real estate projects, including mixed-use and multi-family developments with layered financing structures.
A MAI-designated appraiser, Shelita has valued a wide range of commercial assets, including multi-family, office, retail, and medical properties. She has also led lease negotiations and site selection for national retailers.
Shelita holds degrees from Spelman College and Georgia Tech, as well as an MBA from Indiana University. She is a licensed broker and a graduate of ULI WLI’s Center for Leadership.
